Fortunately, most problems can be handled in the short term (1 to 12 consultations) with correct principles and a practical plan of action. If, after the introductory consultation, you would like to schedule a 45-minute consultation to develop and implement a plan of action to accomplish your goal, you can arrange a convenient time with a therapist for your specific needs. If you are unable, or it is inconvenient, to come to the office in person, you may arrange a telephone consultation. This may sound a little unusual at first, but I have been effectively conducting telephone consultations for years.
