Telephone Consultation
The
FREE 10-minute introductory
consultation gives you a chance to talk
with Dr. Fishbein, ask questions, and
determine whether or not you would
benefit from making an appointment. Call
our receptionist weekdays from 8 a.m. to
6 p.m. PST to schedule your free
10-minute consultation. Or, let us know
by fax or email when you would like a
therapist to call. You may also leave a
telephone message at any time.
If, after the introductory
consultation, you would like to schedule
a 45-minute consultation to develop and
implement a plan of action to accomplish
your goal, you may arrange a convenient
time with Dr. Fishbein for your specific
needs.
If you are
unable, or it is inconvenient, to come to the office
in person, you may arrange a telephone and/or video
consultation. This may sound a little unusual at
first, but I have been effectively conducting
telephone consultations for many years. For example, clients from
outside of the San Jose, California area,
even those from other states and countries, are
successfully using telephone
consultations to accomplish their goals and solve their
problems.
Now I am
doing live video consultations via webcam. This began
with a client I was SEEING in Australia, while I was
in my office in San Jose, California. "Counseling
in the comfort of your home," as my wife calls
it. For those who have a high speed internet
connection, but do not have a camera to attach to
their computer, I send out a webcam prior to the
appointment at no charge.
The
fee for a consultation is:
- Licensed doctor
(Ph.D. or M.D.): $160
- Licensed
marriage, family, and child
therapist (Masters Degree): $100
- Supervised intern
(Ph.D.): $80.
- Supervised intern
(Masters Degree): $60
Payment
is made at the time of the appointment
with your Visa, MasterCard, or American
Express Card. GUARANTEE: If you
are not completely satisfied, your money
will be immediately and fully refunded
within 24-hours of your first
appointment.
